Lecture 8 Interpreting team profiles

Lecture 8 Interpreting team profiles

In this lecture we continue to study the importance of the Strategic Learning Cycle as the model for organizational change. The framework is very useful, because it can be applied to all levels: from individual to team and organizational levels. We’ll study in detail the four components of strategic learning cycle -analysis, vision, commitment, and concrete action.

Later in the lecture we study teams with different cognitive dominances. We’ll learn that the team profile makes a great difference on how team is capable to handle change.
