Lecture 4 Core message of all motivation theories
Lecture 4 Core message of all motivation theories
In the last lecture of the session, professor Alava introduces still two more motivation theories. We learn that the core message of all motivation theories is that motivation increases if the psychological states of mind are achieved; people are motivated when they find the work meaningful and rewarding. Giving constant feedback and empowerment can also increase people's motivation level. By the end of the lecture, you will learn the strategies given by Bolman and Deal in their human resource frame.
