This lecture sums up what is needed for visionary thinking and strategic leadership. The lecture explains the difference between visions and strategies and why building strategies are so difficult. We also learn what happens if visions and strategies are no aligned. At the end of the lecture Professor Alava explains how to search for the megatrends in practice.
