The second lecture in session 2 focuses on ideal leadership as seen by some of the writers in the past. The lecture also touches the contextual elements of leadership.

Assignment after the lecture:

    1. Reflective report. Write your learning experiences into your personal reflective report. Reflect especially your reflections on how context influences leadership. The reflective report for session 2 will be submitted after lecture 4.

After completing the assignment you can proceed to lecture 3.
