The topic of Lecture 3 is organisational learning as renewal. According to Collinson and Cook (2007), there are 6 conditions for learning. Then the students discuss how to institutionalize the organisational learning into the school. Professor Björk gives an example how a new principal takes over a school and starts the change. Please remember, any cognitive change needs a long term effort. Sometimes external experts are needed to guide the change process.
