Session 3 Organizational Learning Perspectives and Theories

Session 3 has 4 lectures. This session is based on organisational learning theories. First you will learn the importance of studying theories. Then you will go through the famous organisational learning models developed by Argyris and Schön (1978), Daft and Weick (1984), Fiol and Lyles (1985), Levitt and March (1988).
