In the last lecture of the session, Professor Alava takes a holistic view to analyze the educational administration from school level to national level. First he builds up the whole school administration system from school to global level. Then he emphasizes that we need both top-down strategy implementation and bottom-up information flow. Educational entities need to have their voice heard by their superiors. In the last part of the lecture, Professor Alava focuses on what need to be done at each level to make the positive change happen.
