Session 1 consists of 3 lectures. Lecture 1 starts with the course orientation and the significance of having a holistic perspective on organizational creativity. During lecture 2 you will go deeper into individual creativity. It is connected to the individual cognitive styles, which were studied in more detail in course EDLS820. You will also learn how to enhance the school creativity by developing perception power. Lecture 3 continues with the creativity power and the emotion power. It is important to listen to students' discussions and to reflect on your own school context.
