How to turn data and information into knowledge? The lecture talks about different types of knowledge and introduces the four modes of knowledge creation first introduces by Nonaka (1994).
During the lecture the participants also discuss their experiences and understanding of the benefits and barriers of sharing knowledge and how they feel that knowledge could be managed in an organization.
