So far in lecture 1-3 we have learned a lot about transformational leadership. Usually, we also develop an idea that it is something we should learn and practise. This might be the case, but now in the last lecture, we learn something very important about it. It is called the blind spot in transformational leadership, and the lecture warn us of the possible pitfalls in the use of transformational leadership.

a) what benefits and advantages you see in using transformational leadership in schools
b) what disadvantages and possible risks are in using transformational leadership in schools

The evaluation of this assignment is based on the clarity of writing and arguments, and the use of references.
