In this lecture we deal with important internal dynamics in the organization – the organizational politics. We learn that power in action makes the organizational politics. We know, that in the organization, there are both official and unofficial politics taking place. At the end of the lecture pay special attention to the discussion if schools can have anarchistic elements or not.
