Session 1 consists of 4 lectures. First you will learn the significance of the four frames of reference introduced by Bolman and Deal. These four perspectives - structural frame, human resource frame, political frame, and symbolic frame - are the lenses to observe phenomena in the organization. Later in this session you will learn more about the origins and characteristics of the structural frame. Through many real-life cases, you will see the characteristics of this frame.
