In the last lecture of the session we learn that the core message of all motivation theories is that motivation increases if the psychological states of mind are achieved: people are motivated when they find the work meaningful and rewarding. Giving constant feedback and empowerment can also increase people's motivation level. By the end of the lecture, lecturer is summing up the whole frame.
