You will get to know more precise definitions and discussions about the frame. Structural frame works best in a stable environment where teamwork, collaboration and even e-mails can be a problem if the chain of command is no longer clear. But in a rapidly changing environment you need all those and much more in a flexible manner. A leader who overly emphasizes the structure may turn to be a petty tyrant, but good leader use structure to support organizational goals.
