In Lecture 2, students will see three perspectives of intercultural competence: expatriate/immigrant perspective, inclusive local perspective, and inclusive global perspective. Kealey's study of Candadian technical advisors gives us a good insight on a profile of core skills owned by an interculturally competent person.
