Robert Starratt is one of the most important writers about developing an ethical school. In lectures 1 and 2 in this session we get to know more about Starratt’s views in three respects: worries, first aid, and outcomes. Then, we continue by adding Hitt’s frameworks of ethical systems and combine it to leadership styles as a summation of presentation made earlier in session 2 on this course.
