In this session, we will focus on building leadership identity. We first have an in-depth discussion concerning ethics of care. It is one of the three pillars supporting the ethical climate. Then, we study the importance of trust capital. Because trust is one of the core values in building an ethical organization. In addition, we start to guide you into your own leadership philosophy establishment. In lecture 3 and 4, we provide important frameworks and students’ discussions, which can provide you various perspectives on building leadership identity and philosophy.
