In the first session of this course we get to know different definitions and perspectives of values. We learn of the power of values, and relate the topic in the school setting. You will also have an opportunity to study your own personal values closely and then analyze the alignment of your individual values to the organization you work in. You will also have the opportunity to assess and analyze the national values in your own country. Then, we close this session by building a framework for analyzing possible contradictory values.
