Then, Mr. Spinks gives an overview of the course emphasizing the international perspective. Then, he talks about the different strategies found in various places and various countries. He sees it important to get familiar with different perspectives, but then he asks us to critically appraise the strategies found in different countries and then formulate one that best suits one’s own needs.
