Lecture 1 Giving and receiving feedback

One of the most important – and often most difficult – task in leading is giving and receiving feedback. Therefore, in this lecture we concentrate if the notion of constructive corrective feedbakcand on the basic guidelines in giving feedback. Then we discuss the basic riles in receiving feedback, and talks also on feedback as motivator.
