During the lectures in this session, you get to know more about the frameworks and theories about leadership. Professor Lämsä gives us examples from classical writes but also reflects the research findings to practice. Several new frameworks are presented, and the students in their own commentaries give more personal light to the theories presented.

The following questions are discussed and answered in the lectures:
How is the nature of leadership understood in the framework? What is the main content of the framework? Who are the key figures in the framework? What is important to emphasize in leadership training and the development in the framework?

After following the student presentation in lectures 2-5, it is recommended that you also listen Lecture 1 in the next Session (no. 3), where professor Lämsä gives feedback to the presentations and also gives a synthesis of the presentations.
