The main challenges include in lack of time and money. Schools in rural area do not have sufficient resources for students with special needs and for teachers' professional learning. In the article, you will also find the solutions that the schools had in response to these challenges. The schools implemented innovations in the following areas: networking with internal and external stakeholders; building inclusive community strategy; sharing resources and service with other schools; cooperating with experts in curriculum development, etc..
