Based on the individual creativity development model, Professor Alava introduces the 4-dimension model related to the team creativity and innovation. Creativity starts from being aware of the problem. At this stage, setting a common goal and a clear perception of the situation is crucial. At the solution design stage, it requires the task-oriented team work. When different opinions arise, it calls for open discussions and constructive critique among the team members. At the third stage, effective communication can remove the obstacles. The last stage is to transform the creative ideas into the concrete actions.
