Careers have a special importance to all of us. Careers and their development have also been a major research interest for many years, and now we know a lot about them. In this session professor Lämsä explains some important theories and frameworks in order to deepen our understanding on careers. You will get to know a very famous and widely used framework called the ‘career anchors’ developed by Edgar Schein. You are also guided to process your own personal career anchors.
