Supervisory work is usually divided in two distinct areas: leadership and management behaviour. These two are key constructs in understanding the work of any leader. In this session we learn to make the difference between them, learn to understand the development them as skills, and we also have a possibility to assess one’s own leadership behaviour using these constructs.
