CHALLANGE WEEK- DAY 1+2

I have decided to do exercise and eat healthy every day. I would like to continue that in the future.

At first day, I found some really cool exercise on YouTube. A lot of people recommend it. I did the exercise and I was very proud of myself. Of course I remembered about drinking water. My meals were very healthy. I ate a lot of vegetables and fruits.

Today is the second day of my challange and unfortunately I'm sick. My throat really hurts. I also have runny nose. I decided to give up my exercise today, but I did really tasty and healthy smoothie with oranges, kiwi and bananas.

I hope to feel better tomorrow and return to the exercises

CHALLANGE WEEK- DAY 3

I'm still sick, but today I was able to train. I have horrible crashes. My legs and stomach hurt. Of course I remember about heathy eating.

CHALLANGE WEEK- DAY 4+5+6

In these three days I continued healthy diet and exercises. I feel much better.
Tomorrow the challange week will be over but I want to continue doing the exercises in the future too.
