Look at the table (= taulukko) p. 47 which illustrates the differences/similarities between the educational systems in Finland, UK and the USA. Make comparisons!
For example: 
"In Finland, children/teenagers/people aged …. go to … , whereas in England…."

" When the Americans/Finns say they go to …. school, the British say they go to…."

" In the US/Britain, teenagers aged…. go to… , whereas in Finland they go to…"
