How can you try and deal with school successfully without becoming too stressed? What are your coping strategies when it comes to managing stress? 

Are there things that you should perhaps do differently related to…

- the ways you study (how much? where? when? learning techniques?)

- the way you take care of yourself (food? sleep? exercises? social relations? relaxation?)

Write down your thoughts! (At least 15 sentences!) Make plans and suggestions to yourself! Set goals for yourself as regards studying and increasing your physical and mental well-being!
