cocolatecake

1cup darkcocolate
0.5 cup margarine
2-2 1/2 cups sugar
3 eggs
2 cups flour
1 cup cocoa
1tsp baking power

Mase you need:
Mate the cocolate. Beat the margarine and sugar. Add eggs. Add the flour,cocoa and baking power.Add the cocolate. Bake in the oven175 C 35min.

Lamingtons

To make the cake , you need:

½ cup of butter
3 eggs
a pinch of salt
3/4 of a cup of sugar
1 ½ cups of flour
2 teaspoons of beaking poweder
½ cuo of milk

To make the icing, you need:

2 cups of icing sugar
1 big taplespoon of butten
1/3 of a cup of cocoa
1 teaspoon of vanilla
3 cups of coconut flakes
4 tablespoon of boiling hot wather
½ cup of milk

To make the cace:

1. Beat the butter and sugar together for about 8 minutes.
2. Mix in the eggs, vanilla , milk, baking powder and flour.
3. Pour the mixture into a greased square baking tray
Bake in the oven (180 C) for 30 minutes.
4. Let the cake cool for 30 minutes and cut in into squares.

To make the icing:

1. Mix all of the ingredients for thr icing, except the coconut, in a bowl.
2. Add boiling water and stir to make a thin paste.
3. Spread the paste on the square pieces.
4. Roll the pieces in the coconut flakes.
5. Leave the lamingtons in the fridge for at least a couple of hours.

-Then add salt, pepper and ketchup
- Then you can eat it. If you want add decorations you can.

White chocolate and domino- biscuit cake/ Siiri

White chocolate and domino- biscuit cake

Base you need:

- one package a vanilla domino- biscuit

- 50-100 gram melted butter

Filling you need:

- 130 gram white chocolate

- 200 gram cream cheese

- four gelatines ( soften in cold water) or two teaspoon gelatin powder

- one package stiff whipped vanillagravy ( flora vanilla)

When you make a base for:

  1. to crush domino- biscuit and stir melted butter
  2. Cuts greaseproof paper dish`s to the bottom and press the domino- biscuit crush above the greaseproof paper.
  3. wing the fridge wait for the filling manufacturing.

When you make a filling for:

  1. Melt white chocolate. Stir chocolate , cream cheese and stiff whipped vanillagravy.
  2. If you use gelatines, melt it with a small amount of very hot water ( about two tablespoon) and pour it in to filling .
  3. Mix very well and pour filling above a base.
  4. Put the cake in the fridge.Let it cool at least four hour.
