Lecture 4 Community of leaders

Lecture 4 Community of leaders

In this lecture professor Alava describes in a detailed way how leadership can be shared in many ways at school. He begins with discussing school as a loosely coupled organization, which actually builds a large gray area where leadership seems to be undefined. Then, he discusses how leadership is shared between the principal and teachers, stakeholder, students, education provider (or owner), and with parents. At the end he concludes, that actually a community of leaders is formed with this new interpretation.
