This session gives us a new and broader perspective to shared leadership. Professor Alava begins the session in lecture one talking about the ONE leader syndrome. This means the strong and persistence view that an organization needs only one leader. He, then, discusses the development of our understanding towards shared and collaborative leadership, and towards a community of learners. In the last lecture the perspective is opened even wider to community of leaders.
