Reflective report. Write your learning experiences into your personal reflective report. Please submit your reflectiver report for session 8.
Workbook, Chapter 7: Myself as an educational leader. Think about yourself as leader. Based on the chart presented in the lecture try analyse yourself. Make a personal development plan for yourself as a leader. In the plan point out your strong points and where are you good at? Try to also locate areas of development and write them down.
