Lecture 4 Dynamics of culture

This lecture explains what kinds of features are linked with organizational culture. The lecture introduces a couple of metaphors explaining the dynamics of culture in an organization. We learn what to look for and how to influence organizational culture. The lecture also introduces the second part of the final assignment in this course.
