Lecture 1 Giving corrective feedback
One of the most important – and often most difficult task in leadership is giving and receiving feedback. This lecture concentrates on how to give feedback in educational context and why it is important in leadership. The focus is on how feedback should be given to receive the best possible results.

- Reflective report. Write your learning experiences into your personal reflective report. The reflective report for session 4 will be submitted after lecture 4.
- Workbook, Chapter 3: Giving and receiving feedback. Think especially of yourself when giving feedback. What are your strengths in giving feedback? What about pitfalls? In which are should you try to improve yourself?
