In Lecture 4 you will first listen to the summary of major schools of thought in organisational theory from 1900s to 1990s. We learn that during each period of time, there were different themes that the researchers focus on. At the end of the lecture Professor Alava presents 7 common research interests. Each of them is a dimension to observe and analyse in the organisation.
