In Lecture 3, Professor Björk discusses the principal's role in organisational learning. He mentions that principal is the key in any educational changes or reforms. The paradigm shift does not happen over night. It takes time for people to adjust their behaviours to the new way. Therefore, in the new pattern, not only the teachers should receive training to re-learn the new knowledge, but also the principal should engage in the learning process.
