Lecture 2 Stereotypes in ICC

Lecture 2 continues with the discussion of stereotypes. First of all, you will learn the basic features of stereotypes. Then the lecturer introduces a concept called reverse discrimination. In the last part of the lecture, the students discuss why do we have stereotypes and in which situations stereotypes can be harmful to your interpersonal communication.
