Leadership as a field is extremely vast and consists of great number of different theories. It would be impossible to go through all the different theories in a single course. Therefore getting an overall picture of the field of leadership is important. Lecture 1 in session 2 works as a revision of the different paradigms in leadership introduced in the previous session.
