In the second lecture the students discuss the importance of academic journals. We also hear about the process of academic publishing.

1. Think about your own thesis (or preliminary ideas for a thesis) from the point of view of the lecture. Write your ideas to your own reflective report. The reflective report for session 1 will be submitted in one file after lecture 8.
