Lecture 3 Verbal communication

This lecture looks more closely to the verbal communication. You will learn that interpersonal communications can be categorised into different styles such as direct/indirect, eloquent/succinct, personal/contextual, and instrumental/affective. You will hear many examples about these communication styles happening in various countries. Please remember communication is always context-bounded and linked to feelings and emotions.
