Lecture 3 Johari Window

This lecture introduces a model called The Johari window. This cognive psychological tool was created by Joseph Luft and Harry Ingham in 1955 in the United States.

Assignments after the lecture:

    1. Reflective report. Write your learning experiences into your personal reflective report. The reflective report for session 4 will be submitted after lecture 4.
    2. Discussion. Think about the organizations where you have worked in the past or you have heard about. Try to give an example of a situation where openness through discussion and feedback would have helped the organization as a whole. Place your example in the discussion board. Read also the examples of others. Remember to comment at least 1 other writing in the discussion board. While having this discussion you can proceed to the next lecture.
