This lecture introduces a model called The Johari window. This cognive psychological tool was created by Joseph Luft and Harry Ingham in 1955 in the United States.

1. 1. Reflective report. Write your learning experiences into your personal reflective report. The reflective report for session 4 will be submitted after lecture 4.
   2. Discussion. Think about the organizations where you have worked in the past or you have heard about. Try to give an example of a situation where openness through discussion and feedback would have helped the organization as a whole. Place your example in the discussion board. Read also the examples of others. Remember to comment at least 1 other writing in the discussion board. While having this discussion you can proceed to the next lecture.
