Exercise

Humans need physical exercise every day. It can take the form of walking, swimming, running or playing a sport, for example. 

By exercising, you raise your energy levels and maintain your health.

Some people like competetive forms of exercise, such as team sports, but exercise can also be done without the element of competition. 

Everyone should get at least 1,5 hours of physical exercise each day. 0,5 hours of this should be demanding physical exercise, which means that it should make you sweat.
