Today we spoke about poems, read some poems out loud and discussed how poems differ from other texts. At Maths we practiced solving mathematical problems, writing expressions and counting them. English: Kittens (like Puppies on Friday) practiced numerals.

Tuesday

Maths: Check your skills s.82, saa tehdä myös s.83. Muista myös Ville-tehtävät.
Reading practice: read Science text (copy in Science notebook) following the instructions (1. Silent reading 2. Reading aloud for oneself 3. Reading aloud for an adult)
Today at PE lesson we trained Orientation and map/scheme - reading, and because it was raining, we did it indoors. At Maths we continued with solving mathematical problems, writing expressions and counting them. Science: the food from the garden. Religion: the music in the church.

Wednesday

Lue ohjeiden mukaan s. 26 Lukukirjasta, tee Taitojen vihon s.32 - 33 tehtävät loppuun
Remember to reach for Bronze Cup in Ville Maths.
We read a book in english, practiced information/scientific text reading and picking important things from there and we made a mind map The food from the garden where we wrote words both in English and Finnish. At Maths we revised bridging to ten for the Friday test. And we also draw a maple leaf with soft pastels.

Thursday

Remember to reach for Bronze in Ville Maths, level 4 - to get ready for the test
In school we played ViLLE, finished our Crafts' project and trained language skills in Finnish.

Friday

At school we had Maths test, sang a couple of grammar songs in English and trained numerals and verbs with Puppies, we also trained language skills in Finnish and for Homework do the rest of the exercises on page 36 of Taitojen vihko and read p. 29 of Lukukirja following the instructions.
