In this lecture Prof Alava connects the studies to earlier studies and adds the new area of leading knowledge and leading knowledge creation. With a group of students Prof Alava searches knowledge. He goes through the concepts in Easterby-Smith & Lyles’ first book chapter. The above mentioned concepts are connected to leadership concepts.
