The course deals with intercultural communication and leadership with a special focus on intercultural competence in the multicultural educational contexts. The aim of the course is to critically study existing approaches and models of intercultural competence and review them by incorporating new approaches, including the ethical dimension of communication. Measuring intercultural competence as well as training for effective intercultural interactions in professional contexts will also be discussed.
