Lecture 3 Friendship and closeness in relationships

The last lecture of the session focuses on the close relationships. First, through a group discussion, students list the key qualities of friends. Then the lecture continues with different definitions of closeness. The onion model reveals the characteristic of reciprocal in communication and how trust is constructed among people. Other linear models as well as the dialectical perspective are introduced in this lecture.
