Lecture 3 focuses on the educational leadership evolution in Finland. Based on Isosomppi's (1996) study, there are four stages of the school system development after the World War Two. Correspondingly, the school leadership also went through the changes including the merging of two school cultures and traditions, decentralisation, and professionlisation. Pay attention to the key features of each stage. Think what are the ideologies behind each period.
