The meeting took place in Joensuu, Finland and took three days 21.2.-23.2. The main purpose was to discuss the objectives of the project and follow up on what have been done. Evaluation, monitoring and assesment of the tasks were accomplished and implementation of the project so far was discussed. Next tasks and agenda were introduced in the light of project objectives (cultural heritage, ICT, pupil’s participantship, european identity..). It was crucial at this point of the project to have an evaluation of implementation so far and review the goals for the next quarter of the project so that the objectives meet our criteria for all areas of the project. 

 

All participants also took part in an ICT workshop in Botania led by Joensuu’s Mediacenter where the participants were introduced Arduino, RaspberryPi and coding. At the end they were able to create marvellous and creative projects with blijnking lights. This aspect of ICT was immensely important to Finnish team to include as an integral part of the project meeting.
