Good morning boys and girls!

This time I'm giving you a choice; you can decide for yourself how you'll be exercising.

You need to spend a minimum of about 90 minutes and you can do this during Friday - Sunday. It doesn't have to be just one exercise that lasts 90 minutes, but you can do 30min per each day for example. Remember, you choose what you do.

Report what you've done in the folder above this text. You can send photos or video of yourself performing the task and write a short explanation as well.

The folder is open until Monday 08.00 and when I check it out, I'm hoping to see that all of you have added reports over there. If you're ill and you're not able to do this, you can ask your parents to send me a Wilma-message.

P.S. Yesterday I was talking about a Teams meeting with your whole class, but I need to do that with a bit later, maybe next week, as I had a meeting with my class this morning. Sorry!
