ELSS220 Role of School Leadership and School Leadership Training

The course consists of 4 different sessions with 4 assignments and some readings. You are also expected to give your reflection report after each session and write down your comments and findings about each lecture. We hope to emphasize the increasing need of building the leadership capacity in schools when looking through the historical development of Finnish educational system.
